Abstract
PURPOSE:To make an accurate positioning possible, by obtaining the center of the intensity distribution of the quantity of the discharge light of an optical fiber and aligning optical axes of a bar-shaped lens body and the optical fiber on the basis of the position of this center. CONSTITUTION:A control mechanism consists of a control circuit part 19 and a triaxially moving mechanism part 20, and an optical fiber 12 is grasped by a holder 21. A bar-shaped lens body 11 is grasped in such a position by a holder 23 fixed to a fixed supporting material 22 that the optical axis of the lens body 11 matches to parallel beams discharged from a light source device 24. The optical fiber 12 is moved in a plane vertical to the optical axis for the bar-shaped lens body 11 in the direction of the axis X by the triaxially moving mechanism part 20. The position of the center of the intensity distribution of the quantity of received light measured by a detector 17 is obtained while moving the optical fiber 12 in the direction of the axis X, and the optical fiber is stopped in this position. Next, the optical fiber 12 is moved in a plane in the direction of the axis Y by the triaxially moving mechanism part 20, and the position of the center of the intensity distribution of the quantity of received light measured by the detector 17 in the movement of the fiber 12 is obtained, and the optical fiber 12 is stopped in this position.
