Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform energizing only in specific higher mode by employing lamination structure. CONSTITUTION:By ceramic lamination technique, a slurry containing a raw material of piezoelectric ceramic powder is produced and filming is performed by casting to obtain a slurrified raw sheet 20. Energy is confined in this raw sheet 20, and an electrode 21, electrodes 22a and 22b for polarization, and lead electrodes 23a and 23b are printed. Then, those raw sheets are laminated by press- fixing to form a raw chip. After this chip is calcined, an about serveral kv/mm. electric field is applied between the electrodes 22a and 22b to perform the polarization as shown by arrows, and driving terminals are obtained from the lead electrodes 23a and 23b, thus obtaining a higher-mode energized oscillator.
