Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain accurate data of the sample, by keeping a thermostatic bath always at the preset temperature, thereby making the reaction temperature of the specimen uniform.
CONSTITUTION: The reaction tank 1 is furnished at the center with a fluid path 10 which receives the temperature-controlled water supplied from the outside through a pipe and the inlet 11 and introduces the water to the central part of the reaction tank. The temperature-controlled water is supplied through a plurarity of outlet holes at the side-wall of the path 10 to the oblong ring-shaped thermostatic bath 9 having U-shaped cross-section 2. The temperature-controlled water flowing into the thermostatic bath 9 is recovered to the exterior system through a pair of outlets 8. Since a large amount of temperature-controlled water can be supplied to the thermostatic bath at a time and recovered in a short time, the temperature and the liquid level in the thermostatic bath can be maintained nearly constant, and the thermostatic bath can be kept at a uniform temperature.
