Abstract
PURPOSE: To recover the energy of pressurized exhaust gas remaining in hot stoves effectively by supplying exhaust gas with a back pressure after equalizing the pressure from the respective hot stoves to an energy recovering means through the common back pressure gas recovery pipes, etc. provided to the branch lines of the flues of the hot stoves rspectively via pressure equalizing valves.
CONSTITUTION: An exhaust pressurized gas recovery pipeline 4 is provided along the flue pipings 3 attached to respective hot stoves consisting of combustion chambers B1WB4 and regeneration chambers G1WG4. The end part of the pipeline 4 is connected to a exhaust pressurized gas receiver VII. The gases having exhaust pressure energy from the hot stoves taken out from the pipeline 4 are supplied into the receiver VII and are recovered with a turbineI. There are the two methods, (X) a method of accepting the exhaust pressures of the respective furnaces in series and revolving the turbineI and (Y) a method of accepting the exhaust pressures of the respective furnaces simultaneously in parallel and revolving the turbineI, as the control method for the pressure of the receiver VII. Namely, the reduced pressure gaseous energy remaining in the hot stoves whose energy has been lost heretofore is recovered effectively by this method.
