CONSTITUTION:In case that a high volume of gas is flowed out due to a damage and the like of a hose, instrument or the like, a ball valve 4 is pushed up to be contacted with the valve seat 3 so as to stop the flow of gas. When the closing member 1 is closed after acting as the safety valve, the projecting rod 7 is projected into the gas communication passage 2 of the closing member 1 against the spring 11, so that a head of the ball valve 4 contacting to the valve seat 3 at a leading end thereof is pushed in its lateral direction. Therefore, the ball valve 4 is dropped from the valve seat 3 so as to open the gas communication passage 2.
