CONSTITUTION: The fluid flows into the inner side of the coil spring from the opening 2c of the spring seat 2b provided to the adjusting screw body 2 as shown in arrow mark B, flows on the outer side of the spring throuth the gap of the coil spring 3, discharged into the opening 1c of the spring seat 1b provided to the fluid throttle valve body 1. A passage for above function is formed, and a passage to flow reversely to above mention is formed as shown in arrow mark c.
