A positive polarity agent composed of said highly stable silver oxide (II) and an organic binder is pressure powder molded. Then the positive polarity agent mold is molded again together with a metallic current collector to obtain a positive pole. A silver oxide (II) cell assembled while employing said positive pole has the excellent long-term maintenance characteristic and the leak-proof performance.
