CONSTITUTION:The direct current voltage from a battery 1 is changed into a direct high voltage current by a booster 2 to charge a condenser 3 via a diode 4, then at the same time when a trigger signal 60 is fed to a thyristor 5, for instance if a control signal 16c becomes H, a switch 15c becomes conductive, and the charged electric charge in the condenser 3 is discharged via a primary 81c to quickly charge a condenser 7. Thus, a high voltage is induced in the primary 82c to generate spark ignition in an ignition plug 9c, followed by plasma ignition in the cavity of the ignition plug 9c via the secondary 82c by the electric charge of the condensers 3, 7.
