CONSTITUTION:Beam reflection stripes are generated radially from the axial point on the end face of a crank shaft 1 which is a driving mechanism of a press slide. When a beam is irradiated from a beam irradiating device 8, the end face of the crank shaft 1 is irradiated circularly through a constant speed rotating mirror 6 and a fixed mirror 7 and at every rotation of the constant speed rotating mirror 6 the light beam hits the reflection stripes and reflected and returns to a reflecting mirror 9 and detected by a beam detector 10.
