Abstract
PURPOSE: To make measurement at high-efficiency by giving two parallel planes a rotation which passes through a prearranged position where two parallel planes come parallel with a measuring light and measuring the space of the two parallel planes.
CONSTITUTION: A laser beam 3 from a laser oscillator 21 is projected into between two planes 13, 14 after being enlarged in diameter by means of a collimeter lens body 22. An electronic gun 11 is fixed in a detachable manner on a measurement body 23 and the measurement body 23 is axially supported by a pin 24.
