Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the chuck miss by making a small hole having the diameter approximately half that of the work at the under side of the arranged holes in the arranging pan then spraying the fluid through the small hole to the under side of the work thereby contacting the work and each nozzle tightly and uniformly. CONSTITUTION:Small holes 9 are made in each arranged hole 2 in an arranging pan 1 then the arranging pan 1 is fixed through a packing 10 to an air pressure section 11. Under the state where the work 3 is arranged, a vacuum chuck section 4 is positioned through a positioning hole 5 and a positioning pin 6. Under this state it is evacuated from above while air pressurized from below to contact each work 3 against a nozzle 7 to perform the chucking. Consequently good vacuum chucking having no chucking miss can be performed.
