On the other hand, exhaust air generated after cooking in the booth 2 is discharged from an exhaust hood 6 through the box 4 and then discharged outside the air conditioning system through an exhaust port 13 by means of an exhaust air blower 12. Further, cold water produced by an air cooling chiller unit 15 is circulated through the cooling coil 8.
