Abstract
PURPOSE:To accurately measure eluted components of a tablet by light intensity of received spectrum with a pair of optical fibers adapted to irradiate and receive a white light provided in an elution tank for dissolving the tablet. CONSTITUTION:Tablets 3-Tn of the same kind is dissolved into water with the number n of elution tanks 1-n to make an elution liquids 5-Sn. A pair of optical fibers are provided in each elution tank along a specified length of an optical path with the ends thereof facing each other straight. Light from a white light source 18 enters the light incidence end through a focusing convex lens 19, a filter 20 and a focusing lens 17, transmits through the liquid from the emission end and enters the receiving fiber while subjected to a fixed absorption. The absorption spectrum is selectively separated into a spectrum of an arbitrary single wavelength with a concave diffraction grating 24 to form a image on a detection element block 25 and the intensity thereof is measured with a unidimensional self scanning type photodiode arrays 26-Pn. This enables the slution and analysis of components of samples the same in the kind numbering n simultaneously under the same condition.
