Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a plating layer with good adhesiveness stably, in plating in a flowing bath by using an object to be plated as a cathode and an electrolyte tank as an anode, by specifying a voltage applying condition.
CONSTITUTION: A pretreated object to be plated is immersed in an electrolyte within an electrolyte tank and, while an electrolyte is flowed, the object to be plated is used as a cathode and the electrolyte tank as an anode to apply voltage. In this case, initial voltage of 2W5V is applied and, thereafter, said voltage is raised to prescribed voltage at a slow raising speed of 5.0 v/sec or less.
