Abstract

PURPOSE:To assure steady start-up in a revolution control device using control of the throttle valve return position control by having the returned position of the throttle valve set larger than the normal idling position when the deviation of the returned position of the throttle valve is detected. CONSTITUTION:A pulse motor 25 turns normally or in reverse according to the plus or minus pulse from a control system 9 to move a stopper 17 thereby opening or closing a throttle valve 11 to maintain the engine speed constant. When the accelerator pedal is stepped on the stopper 17 is moved to the predetermined position L which is at the wider opening than the idle opening and restricts the rapidly returning throttle valve 11 at the position L when the pedal is released to prevent the stopping of the engine. An actuator 5 is set to have the opening of the throttle valve 11 suitable for the engine start-up when an ignition switch is turned on and the engine is started after such set up.
