Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Pressing-down units 4 are installed in a group of press machines. Edged tools 3 are attached to spindles 5 and guide pieces 6 are attached to sliding cylinders 7, and the center of the sheath 8 of the sliding cylinders 7 are supported by spherical bearings 9. Compressed air is injected from air inlets 15 to press the sliding cylinders 7 through air cylinders 25. The sliding cylinders 7 and spindles 5 are lowered simultaneously.
