夫々の形状に合つた刃具3を作り、該刃具3を、ウオー
キングビーム等による間欠的の搬送機26を跨いでほぼ
等間隔に連設された複数台のプレス機10(IOA、1
口B、IOC・ ・・ ・ ・ ・ )のそれぞれに取
付けられた圧下ユニット430のスピンドル5の先端に
第3図及び第4図に示すごとく固定し、該スプンドル5
の外側に鋳造品形状に倣う案内片6を取付けた摺動筒7
と、該摺動筒Tの外周に圧下ユニット4の外装Bを共に
気密に嵌装して、その圧下ユニット4の外装置の略中3

傾動自在としているので、空気注入口15より圧縮空気
が注入されると、エヤーシリンダー25に入つて摺動筒
7を押圧して、摺動筒7とスピンドル5を同時に下降さ
せ、パレツト19上の受台に置かれた鋳造品1の形状に
合つた案内片6(V字台16及び傾斜台17)が先に当
り、且つ倣い刃具3に合つた芯出しが行われ鋳造品が固
定される(このとき刃具はまだバリに当つていない)。

た鋳造品のバリ取り装置。
