EXAMPLE: 7-[D(-)-α-(4-Methyl-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazinocarbonylamino)phenylacetamido]- 3-[5-(2-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolyl)thiomethyl]-Δ3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid.
USE: An antimicrobial agent, having a wide antimicrobial spectrum, and effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, myxomycetes and further drug -resistant germs.
