Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably maintain the tube fluctuation of an X-ray tube, by providing a feedback controlling means which controls the duty-ratio of a chopper by means of the differential voltage between a setting tube voltage and an exposure tube voltage of the X-ray tube in an X-ray apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A feedback controlling means 36 which is composed of the following three circuits 53, 54 and 55 is provided; an operation circuit 53 which operates the differential voltage between the exposure voltage divided from high voltage bleeder resistances 51 and 52 set in an X-ray tube 35 and the first setting tube voltage by means of the first voltage setting terminal 57; a duty-ratio setting circuit 54 which sets the duty-ratio of a chopper 37 by the differential voltage of the output from the operation circuit 53 and by the second setting tube voltage which is preset in accordance with the setting tube current of the X-ray tube 35 fed as input from the second setting tube voltage; a chopper driving circuit 55 which drives the chopper by means of the output signal of the duty-ratio setting circuit 54. And, the duty-ratio of a chopper 31 can be controlled by detecting the exposure tube voltage of an X-ray tube 35. By doing this, the fluctuation of a tube voltage is kept stably.
