Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve an accuracy of sensing of foodstuff temperature in an electronic range by a method wherein there are provided a sensing element for detecting a variation of temperature installed in a sensing element for a foodstuff temperature and an accommodating circuit for output of the sensor element for foodstuff temperature. CONSTITUTION:Signal from the foodstuff temperature sensing element 4 is passed through a sensor circuit 6, passed through A/D transducer 23 as a temperature signal and then fed into the micro computer 22. In turn, a variation of temperature in the element 4 is fed as a sensing signal for the element temperature accommodating element 20 through an element accommodating circuit 21 and a sensed signal of the chopper temperature accommodating element 12 is fed through the chopper accomodating circuit 13 into the micro computer 22, respectively. With this arrangement, it is possible to get an accurate foodstuff temperature.
