PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength and the liquid-tightness of an electrode pole having a terminal by providing a water soluble core member having a voluntary shape in the center of a terminal part, before the core member is removed by washing and the hollow space is packed with a resin, being followed by unifying the terminal part and an electrode pole part by means of a resin coat coating a terminal base. CONSTITUTION:An electrode pole part 6, and a terminal part 2 consisting of a terminal 3 and a terminal base 5 are unified with a resin coat 9 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, thereby an electrode pole 1 with a terminal being manufactured. Here, the resin coat 9 is molded with a cast 14 having a terminal part 2 provided with a hollow space 8, and the hollow space 8 is filled with a resin 7 during the molding. The hollow space 8 is formed by inserting a core member 10 made of a water soluble material (prepared by solidifying silica sand, alumina or the like with a water soluble binder) in a mold so as to obtain a cast 13 consisting of the electrode pole part 6 and the terminal part 2 which contains the inserted core member 10, before the core member 10 is removed by washing.
