Abstract

PURPOSE: To fuse and integrate a packing with a cap and to prevent the falling off of the packing, by injection molding a synthetic resin into a mold comprising the packing.
CONSTITUTION: The packing 1 consisting mainly of a synthetic resin is attached to the top of the core 7, and the same synthetic resin as the film b of the packing is injection molded into the cavity 3. The injected high-temperature resin is fused and integrated with the film 2 which is being molten to give the synthetic resin cap 8 wherein the packing 1 is bonded to the inner top.
