Abstract
PURPOSE:To excellently perform the magnetic coupling between the primary and secondary wiring circuits for the subject transformer by a method wherein, when the primary and the secondary wiring circuits, consisting of cylindrical high- tension wiring circuits, are arranged on the top and the bottom of a core leg in the axial direction and the high-tension transformer is formed by performing a resin molding, an auxiliary wiring circuit to be used as a tartiary wiring circuit is provided between the high-tension wiring circuit and a core leg. CONSTITUTION:The primary wiring circuit 21 and the secondary wiring circuit 22, constituted as cylindrical high-tension wiring circuits on the outer circumference of the core leg 3, are wound in axial direction around the top and bottom of the circumference of the core leg 3 having connecting terminals 26 and 27 protruded toward outside and wiring circuits only are molded using resin 23, and both ends of the coil 24 are fixed on the frame attached to the leg 3 using a coil support 25. Thus, a high-tension molding coil 24 is constituted, and an auxiliary wiring circuit 28, which will become a tartiary wiring circuit, is provided between the leg 3 and the coil 24, and fixed to the frame 6. Through these procedures, a circulating current corresponding to the wiring circuits 21 and 22, having a reverse current direction, runs in the narrow-stripped conductor 28A of the wiring circuit 28, and the excellent magnetic coupling of the wiring circuits 21 and 22 can be obtained.
