Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a superior insulation for a high-tension transformer and to simplify the work as comparing with the filling up system with a compound by a method wherein at least the secondary winding of the first and the secondary windings to be wound around a core is inserted in an insulating case and is impregnated with a resin. CONSTITUTION:A center magnetic leg 2 of an E-type core 1 of a high-tension transformer is inserted in an insulating cylinder 3. An insulating cylinder 4 is placed at the outside of the insulating cylinder 3, and is arranged concentrically with the insulating cylinder 3. An insulating plate consisting of a ring-form base plate 5 is provided between the lower end of the insulating cylinder 3 and the lower end of the insulating cylinder 4. The secondary winding 7 is inserted in this insulating cylinder 6. The primary winding 8 is provided around the magnetic leg 2 placing a shunt core 9 between the secondary winding. Then an I-type core 10 is equipped and an insulating varnish, etc., is impregnated. By this way, superior insulation can be obtained and the work can be simplified as comparing with the filling up system with a compound.
