Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a constant current flow in both directions, by connecting in series and in opposite polarity each, two constant current circuits which have been constituted by connecting a resistance between one end of a junction type field effect transistor and a gate. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal 27 side and a terminal 28 side become positive and negative, respectively, a constant current circuit 21 is operated as a diode in the forward direction, and in a constant current circuit 22, a current flowing in its drain source is controlled by gate voltage, a drain current flows in a resistance 26, is negative-fed back to a gate, and a current which has divided pinch-off voltage of a transistor 24 by a resistance value of the resistance 26 flows in between the terminals 27, 28. On the contrary, when the terminal 28 side and the terminal 27 side become positive and negative, respectively, the constant current circuit 22 is operated as a diode in the forward direction, and only the constant current circuit 21 is operated as a constant current circuit.
