Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of an output waveform, by connecting the base of a transistor, which is connected to the output of a transistor driven by an input pulse and drives a capacitive load, and a high voltage power source through a resistance. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse of a width T1 is inputted from an input terminal 3, a transistor TRQ1 is turned off, and a complementary TRQ2 is turned on, and a TRQ3 is turned off, and the potential of an output terminal 1 becomes 0. By the fall of the input pulse, the TRQ2 is turned off, and TRs Q1 and Q3 are turned on, and a capacitor CL of a capacitive load 2 is charged rapidly, and the potential of the terminal 1 rises to a voltage VS'. The TRQ1 holds the turn- on state during a time T3 determined by the time constant of a resistance R1 and a capacitor C1, and the TRQ3 holds the turn-on state during this time also, and the potential of the terminal is held in the voltage VS'. During a time T4 after the time T3, though the TRQ1 is turned off, the TRQ3 holds the turn-on state to continue to supply power to the load 2 because the base of the TRQ3 is biased forward through a resistance R4, and thus, the drop of the pulse waveform is prevented during the time T4.
