CONSTITUTION:The voltage from input terminal X at the applying time of electric power is branched at point A and applied to the emitter of pnp transistor TR5 and also to resistors 1 and 2. Further, it is branched at the other terminal D of resistor 1 and applied to capacitor 4 and Zener diode ZD1, which is grounded. Furthermore, connection point C of the other terminal of resistor 2 and capacitor 4 is connected to the base of TR5. When the voltage at point A rises above the Zener voltage of diode 3 after the electric power source is put to work, the voltage at point D is fixed at the voltage of diode 3 to turn on TR5, and then the voltage at point B is increased suddenly to output an H-level reset pulse, so that the voltage at point B will be held at level L by turning off TR5 when the charging of capacitor 4 ends.
