PURPOSE:To constitute a resetting circuit so that a reset signal can be obtained even if rise of an electric power source is delayed, by using supply voltage as a reset signal until the supply voltage exceeds Zener voltage. CONSTITUTION:Voltage is supplied to a DC electric power source terminal 6, and the voltage rises gradually. In case when the voltage is lower than Zener voltage of a Zener diode 9, the voltage is applied to a reset terminal 14 of a circuit 11 to be reset through a transistor 8. When the voltage rises and the Zener diode 9 conducts, a transistor 15 is turned on and subsequently a transistor 13 is turned on. Accordingly, a reset signal of the reset terminal 14 is removed.
