Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a system due to change of the state of a clock pulse generator, by connecting plural MOSFETs in series between a power source and the earth and by connecting capacitors to respective connection points and by controlling MOSFETs by clock pulses. CONSTITUTION:When a power source voltage rises, a clock pulse CP is generated with a delay. That is, the pulse CP is low-level, and MOSFETs 1 and 2 are turned on, and FETs 4 and 5 are turned off, and a capacitor is charged up to the power source voltage. Consequently, the detection output becomes high-level. When the plulse CP rises, FETs 1 and 2 are turned off, and FETs 4 and 5 are turned on, and a capacitor 9 is charged by a capacitor 8. Consequently, the detection output becomes low-level; and since capacitors 8 and 9 are charged intermittently synchronously with the pulse CP, the detection output is held in the low level.
