Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled composition excellent in blendability, defoaming and application performance and capable of providing coating films having few enclosed bubbles or foams, consisting of a prepolymeric isocyanate component, diaminodiphenylmethane and a polyol component.
CONSTITUTION: A room temperature-curing polyurethane resin composition undergoing rapid viscosity change from a microscopic state via a flowable state to a trowellable state is prepared by mixing a prepolymeric isocyanate component (A) obtained by reacting a polyether-polyol, tolylene diisocyanate or its mixture with methylenediphenyl diisocyanate with a component (B) prepared by mixing a polyether-polyol (a) with a mixture (b) of 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and diaminodiphenylmethane and a hydroxy fatty acid ester (c) and, if necessary, additives (d) such as an inorganic filler, a catalyst and a coloring agent.
