Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform processing for metal bonding strong mechanically, i.e., shaping for a grindstone easily and satisfactorily by preforming the shaping for the metal bonding grindstone by means of electrolytic grinding. CONSTITUTION:A shaping tool 4 providing a groove 5 for shaping having a desired section shape is made to be a cathode, and a metal bonding grindstone 1 installed in said groove 5 facing to said groove 5 is made to be an anode. And, voltage is applied to both electrodes while an electrolytic solution is injected from an injecting tube 6 into said groove 5, allowing electrolytic grinding to be performed.
