Abstract
PURPOSE: To completely perform refilling work as well as reduce the number of operating processes by a method in which excavated soil is charged into the vacant area of excavated pit with pile, and then cement mortar is injected into the bottom of the pit, mixed with mud water and refilling soil, and hardened in such a way as to obtain embedding wok of a given hardness.
CONSTITUTION: After the completion of excavation and pile driving at site, excavated soil from the other pile pit is charged into vacant area b with mud water, formed above a concrete pile (a). Then, a forked grout pipe 2 whose one end is connected with an air hose 4 from an air compressor 3 and a valve 7a and the other is connected with a rubber hose 6 from a mortar pump 5 and a valve 7b is buried into the embedded soil charged into the vacant area. The valve 7a is closed, the valve 7b is opened, and a given amount of cement mortar is injected into the forked grout pipe 2. Afterwards, the valve 7b is closed, the valve 7a is opened, and air is jetted, whereupon mud water, refilling soil, and cement mortar are mixed together and then hardened by gelling reaction into a refilling area of a given hardness.
