Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality, to increase the strength of the conductivity junction, and to enhance the productivity by compressing the low melting point solder provided between a brush and a brush holder from the upper side of the brush, and accomplishing the melting and bonding under the condition wherein the position is corrected. CONSTITUTION:The low melting point solder is melted in a solder melting bath beforehand, the brush connecting part of the brush holder 2 is dipped in said melted solder, and a solder film 3 is formed on the surface of the holding plate 2. The holding plate 2 on which said solder film is formed is loaded into a jig which is machined to fit the configuration of the holder plate. The brush 1 is set on the forming portion of the solder film 3. The solder film 3 is melted under the compressed state, and the brush 1 is bonded. In this method, the dislocation of the brush can be prevented, the quality is made stable, the solvent resistance and the conductivity junction strength are enhanced, and the productivity can be enhanced.
