Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent local corrosion from being generated at gaps between stainless steel plates by sandwiching an aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet between welded parts of the stainless steel plates used in the heat collector.
CONSTITUTION: In the solar heat collector comprising the stainless steel plates 3-1 and 3-2 combined and welded to each other so as to form water passages 1 therebetween, the aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet 4 being chemically baser than stainlessf steel is interposed between the welded parts of the plates 3-1, 3-2. The aluminum sheet 4 is adhered without heating the plates 3-1, 3-2 or the sheet 4, that is, by cold pressure welding, ultrasonic welding or the like. Accordingly, the sacrificial anode effect of the aluminum sheet prevent the local corrosion from being generated at the gaps between the stainless steel plates 3-1, 3-2.
