Abstract

Hereby, the potential difference between two metals 4, 5, can be reduced, which then makes possible the electrolytic corrosion of the metal 4 to be reduced. This method is suitable for preventing the electrolytic corrosion at the end part of the heat exchanger tubes of the seawater demineralizing plant, or the condenser, etc., included in the boiler, or the nuclear power plant which is utilizing the seawater as the cooling water.
