Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a chemically converted film having a high efficiency for absorption by a method wherein aluminum etc. are immersed in water containing at least two kinds of ions selected from a group of phosphate ion, fluoside ion and triethanolamine and a specific metallic ion.
CONSTITUTION: In this manufacturing process, aluminum or its alloy is immersed in the water containing at least two kinds of components selected from a group of phosphate ion, fluoride ion and triethanolamine, and metallic ion selected from a group of copper, iron, cobalt, silver and manganese, resulting a chemically converted film. At this time, a concentration of metallic ion is 5W100ppm, a concentration of phosphate ion is less than 200ppm, a concentration of fluoride ion is less then 100ppm and a concentration of triethanolamine is less than 1.0wt%. In order to produce such film, the film is made similarly by as the usual chemical processing, through a pretreatment, chemical conversion and posttreatment.
