Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture of a chemically converted film having high absorption efficiency of solar energy and with a less loss of stored thermal energy.
CONSTITUTION: In this method, a chemically converted fifm is produced by immersing aluminum or its alloy in the water containing phosphate ions. At this time, a concentration of the phosphate ion is 200W1,000ppm, a value of pH of the water containing the phosphate ions is 9.5W11.0 and a water temperature is higher than 90°C. The chemically converted film is made in such a way that aluminum or its alloy is degreased, cleaned, polished chemically or with electrolytically to have a mirror finished surface, thereafter the aluminum is immersed in the water. As a post processing, simple cleaning and drying are applied.
