Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate a synthetic film with a high solar energy absorption efficiency and a less loss of the stored thermal energy by immersing aluminum etc. in the boiling water containing fluoric ion.
CONSTITUTION: In this manufacturing process, a synthetic film is produced by immersing aluminum or its alloy in the boiling water containing fluoric ion. At this time, a concentration of the fluoric ion is 50W200ppm. In case of making such a synthetic film as above, at first the aluminum or its alloy is degreased and cleaned, then ground with chemicals or with electrolyte to form a mirror finished surface, and a solar energy selective absorption film is produced by immersing the aluminum in the boiling water containing fluoric ion. Then, a simple water cleaning and a drying are applied as a post-processing of the film.
