Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the bad effect in air-fuel ratio control due to vibration by installing and fixing the en-bloc type solenoid valve for carburetor which simultaneously controls the amount of fuel for correction and the flow amount of air onto the body of the carburetor through a vibration absorbing member.
CONSTITUTION: The needle 16 having a coil 14 wound on the outer periphery is inserted as an en-bloc type solenoid valve 12 into the casing 16 of a carburetor. The lower end of the needle 16 opens and closes the main seat part 22, and the correction air is supplied to a fuel passage 40. The upper end of the needle opens and closes the slow seat part 20, and controls the correction air to a correction air passage 32. The solenoid valve 12 fixes the flange 48 interposed between the interconnection surfaces of the carburetor, and the flange 48 is fixed by a screw 54 through an elastic spacer 52 interposed. A vibration-proof rubber 50 is mounted on the outer periphery of the screw 54, and vibration-proof effect can be improved.
