Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain proper characteristics of air-fuel ratio during overall running of an engine, by opening main system of a carburetor, venturi tube, further an auxiliary fuel system having each electromagnetic valve in down stream of a throttle valve, so as to change the opening ratio of each electromagnetic valve in accordance with the running condition of the engine.
CONSTITUTION: A corrective jet 4 is disposed in parallel to a main jet interposed between a float chamber 11 and main nozzle 2, and an electromagnetic valve 13 is disposed, facing the corrective jet 4. An auxiliary nozzle 8 is also opened in the venturi 9 and communicated with an auxiliary fuel system conduit 12 via an electromagnetic valve 14. Furthermore, another auxiliary nozzle 10 is opened in the down stream of a throttle valve 1 and communicated with the auxiliary fuel system conduit 12 through an electromagnetic 15. Various signals of throttle sensor 21, crank angle sensor 22, pressure sensor 23 and temperature sensor 24 are inputted in an control unit 20, and serve to change the valve opening ratio of each electromagnetic valve 13, 14, 15 in accordance with the various running conditions of an engine.
