CONSTITUTION: The operator that operates a square and a reciprocal is composed of transistor TRs Q1 and Q2 diode-connected in series, constant-current sources S1 and S2, TRQ3 connected to constant-current sources S1 and S2 at its collector and emitter respectively, and TRQ4 flowing output current Iout.
