Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a cost and to enable to use during a current disconnection by a method wherein a secondary battery to be charged by a thermoelectromotive force of a high electromotive force of a high electromotive type thermoelectric-pile is made an operating power source. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 14 is turned ON after an ignition, the 1st and the 2nd gas valves 9, 10 are opened and gas is supplied to a main burner 1 to start a combustion. When a cooking material in a cooking pan 12 is boiled, the resistance value of a temperature sensing element 11 drops to close the 1st gas valve 9. And further, when a cooking is completed and the resistance value of the temperature sensing element 11 becomes smaller, the 2nd gas valve 10 is also closed and the main burner stops a combustion. Such a control is actuated by making the secondary battery 21 a power source, however, during a cooking, namely, when the main burner 1 is burning, the electromotive force of the high electromotive thermoelectric- pile 22 charges the secondary battery 21 through an over-charging current prevention circuit 23.
