CONSTITUTION:A starting transformer 15 is provided on the output side of the inverter 11, and depending on the output thereof, the power is supplied to each group by the switching of starting switches 17-1-17-n. The transformer 15 steps up the output voltage V1 of the inverter 11 to the voltage V2. At first, the starting switch 17-1 is closed, and the hysteresis motor 16-1 of the first group is started by the voltage V2. The switch 17-1 is opened after the starting. Then, a switch 12-1 is closed and the voltage V1 is supplied. Hereafter, the second - nth groups are sequetially started by the same operation.
