Abstract

PURPOSE:To cause smooth starting, by applying a portion of the turn-on region of a counter electromotive force, in starting, to a calculation circuit which picks out a part of the counter electromotive force and performs time-dependent additive and subtractive integration. CONSTITUTION:Stator windings 2a-2c are energized through driving transistors 3a-3c. The turn-off regions of the counter electromotive forces of the windings are picked out by rectifier circuits 30a-30c. Time-dependent integration capacitors 33 are charged and discharged through voltage/current conversion circuits 31, 32. A motor is driven through a differential comparison circuit 35 and a driving circuit 38 by signals based on the charging and discharge. A self-starting circuit 100 is provided so that a portion of the turn-on region of the counter electromotive force of the winding is picked out by a rectifier circuit 101 and applied to the time- dependent integration capacitor 33 through voltage/current conversion circuits 102, 103. According to this constitution, a kind of an annular oscillator is constructed by giving the capacitor 33 information on a turn-on region through a switch 110 in starting. The starting is thus smoothed.
