Once control-required signals are outputted to transmission circuits 1a and 2s, receivers 9 and 10 hold signals 9a and 10a high and signals 9b and 10b low to open AND gates 12 and 13. If a code erro occurs on transmission circuit 1a and the control-required signals are not detected, receiver 9 holds signal 9a low and signal 9b high, so that neither AND gate 12 nor 13 will be opened. Therefore, the reliability of the result can be improved and the control-required signal is never outputted being delayed.
