PURPOSE:To stabilize the output frequency by a method wherein the generated signal of a crystal oscillator is digitally processed by a frequency divider, converted into an analogue signal and amplifier, thereby an output frequency is obtained. CONSTITUTION:By utilizing a multiplier 14 which constitutes a phase control loop using the output signal of the oscillator and divider 13 with a crystal oscillator as a reference, an N multiplied frequency signal is obtained. This frequency output is applied on a counter 15 which repeats count M, and it is converted through code conversion and D/A conversion, and it is amplified in an amplifier 18 which is energized by a switching type constant voltage power source 12, and an output signal is obtained. Because the output frequency of a code converter 16 is produced from a digital signal which is treated in the crystal oscillator and the divider 13, the multiplier 14, the counter 15 and the code converter 16 and has high accuracy and stability, so that the output frequency of an analogue output signal converted in a D/A converter 17 also can be stabilized.
