Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the stability, by feeding back an output signal from an output terminal of an amplifier to a specified point in the amplifier via a feedback network having >=2 poles, for the purpose of high frequency phase compensation. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from an input terminal 1 is applied to an inversion input of a voltage amplifier 2 and the output is applied to an inverting input of a driving amplifier 3 via a resistor R0. The amplifier 3 drives an output amplifier 4 and introduces an output to a terminal 5. A main feedback loop 6 is formed from the output of the amplifier 4 to a noninverting input of the amplifier 2 via a main feedback circuit 7. A phase compensation feedback loop 8 including a phase compensation network 9 is formed from the output of the amplifier 4 to the input of the amplifier 3. Thus, in the naked characteristics of the amplifiers, no oscillation due to phase rotation can not be caused even at the region of high band, -18dB/oct and the stability can be assured.
