Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Connecting feedback resistance 103 across inverter 100 causes a DC bias so as to make it possible to amplify a fine signal appearing at output 6 of oscillation part 1 and also to neutralize the mean potential of output signal 7, thereby stabilizing the operation of dividing part 3. Therefore, even if oscillation part 1 with an extremely small amplification degree is used for the purpose of the reduction in power consumption, buffer part 2 compensates it, so that divider 3 will be able to operate stably
