Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the capability of cooling, dehumidification-cooling, or dehumidifying of hot air by a method wherein condensed water is obtained by cooling humid air and by condensing removed moisture, and the condensed water is distributed around the humid-air inlet of the condenser.
CONSTITUTION: Condensed water 13 in the tank 7 is transported by the water-distribution pump 11 through piping 10 and is distributed from the spray nozzle 9 onto the high-temperature cooling pipes in cooling pipe group 2, so that humid air 4A is subjected to a direct contact dehumidification. This converts the moistures in the air to drain water 12, which is collected in the drain tank 6 and then is discharged.
