Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a method of construction capable of acquiring fillers having no dispersion of strength over the full length in a pit by a method wherein muddy water stored in the pit during excavation can effectively be utilized as the fillers filling into the pit after excavation without discarding the muddy water while a subsurface hardening agent mixed for hardening the muddy water is uniformly mixed.
CONSTITUTION: Muddy water 111 containing earth and sand formed in case of the excavation of an excavating pit 81 is sucked up into a muddy-water tank 51, and stored in the tank 51, circulating it so as to return into the pit, a muddy water hardening agent, the principal ingredients thereof are cement and lime and to which sodium silicate 2 is added as necessary, is mixed into the muddy water 112 in the muddy-water tank 51 just before or just after completion of excavation and agitated to produce hardening muddy water 151, and the hardening muddy water 151 is injected into the pit from the bottom of the excavating pit 81, and replaced with muddy water not treated in the pit. The muddy water not treated is sucked up to another muddy-water tank 52, and used as hardening muddy water for protecting a pit wall in case of the next excavation and injection after excavation.
